I am a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with TorsX in Brooklyn. I started my real estate journey in 2019 as an office assistant and in 2022 I became an agent.

As an agent, I work with landlords to find qualified and suitable tenants for their apartments. Also, I work with renters to find an apartment they can call home. Currently, I help manage fifty (50) residential units in Brooklyn, NY and Queens, NY.

As an agent, I use my expertise to assist buyers in the home buying process. This involves researching their home choices; to taking them on tours to witnessing them fall in love with their dream home; and finally, to seeing them get their keys.

As an agent, I use my insights about the local market to help sellers sell their properties. This process ,for me, starts with the comparative market analysis and ends with the successful completion of the closing.

I have experience in short sale transactions, creating comparative market analysis for sellers, researching prospective properties for homebuyers, managing apartments for landlords, and creating Drive-By BPOs or Broker Price Opinions to find the homeowner’s property values for lenders.

Overall, as a real estate agent I love what I do and I would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to achieve your real estate goals. Hence, if you work with me thanks for choosing me and I look forward to our journey ahead.
